This yoga flow works whether you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes.

All you have to do is count to 100 - that means you can squeeze in a quick 5 minute yoga break, or stretch it out, counting every deep, slow breath. Remember to treat yo'self to a 10 minute Savasana at the end!
