Service Description
If you are looking for a more in depth experience, don't have time to attend a regular class or just don't enjoy practising with other people, this service is tailor made for you. Caitlin will consult with you find the perfect program to help you achieve your desired outcomes with yoga, and make sure that each class keeps you inspired and motivated. These one-to-one sessions are great for learning the basics of yoga before venturing out to the studio, or if you're more advanced and want to learn some of the finer points of the practice. Caitlin has is equally comfortable with the physical and metaphysical elements of yoga, and has studied Yoga Therapy. Yoga Therapy has been proven to help people overcome a multitude of physiological and psychological conditions, including depression, grief and anxiety as well as the usual culprits like sciatica, high blood pressure and back pain. You may request a class in the comfort of your own home or book a visit to Studio Farai. Reasonable travel fees may apply depending on your location.
